ABS OFFERS CLASSES FOR ALL AGES, SKILLS AND LEVELS

The Mommy and me classes are a way for the parents to connect with their children on a different level. A productive way of doing this is with the art of dance. No experience is required and this class helps with coordination skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement, motor development, and listening skills. This class is a perfect opportunity for young children to get in on the dance fun before they are old enough to join classes on their own.

SCHEDULE:

Tuesdays 10:00AM-10:45AM

A program designed for students ages 3 – 6 years. This program is once a week and takes the basics of ballet technique and through the use of props and imagination, giving the children a fun and educational class. Large motor skills are highlighted and used to stimulate the brain’s coordination. All of the pre-ballet classes end with rhythm based exercises. Motor skill routines are emphasized. Children must be 3 years old by the start of the session and fully toilet trained.
